Set of 4 iridium spark plugs NGK 94833 PLFER7A8EG

Set of 6 Iridium Spark Plugs NGK 94833 PLFER7A8EG for Audi A4 A5 A6 Q5 Q7 Porsche Macan 2.0L

Installing the original factory set of six premium Laser Iridium spark plugs completely eliminates the issue of hidden power loss and rough operation in 2.0-liter engines. Turbocharged power units of the EA888 generation are extremely demanding on the stability of the electrical discharge, as the slightest spark formation failure under boost pressure leads to instant coil failure and catalyst destruction. The set is supplied strictly in branded packaging, protected by brand markings, ensuring an exact match of heat range and internal resistance. The overall packaging, shown in the technical photo image_c172e2.jpg, bears the factory index "×4", but this extended set is equipped with 6 units, providing the owner with a full reserve for scheduled maintenance of a four-cylinder engine and leaving two original spark plugs in reserve. Using these components restores the turbo engine's benchmark acceleration dynamics, eliminates micro-vibrations at idle, and optimizes the fuel combustion process in all driving modes.

Technological Potential of Precious Metal Laser Welding

The use of wear-resistant noble alloys in the working area of the spark gap allows the elements to withstand extreme pressure in combustion chambers without changing geometry. The ultra-thin iridium tip of the central electrode concentrates a high-density electrical charge, significantly reducing the load on the vehicle's onboard network.

The application of the original set dramatically increases the reliability of the entire ignition system:

• Unimpeded expansion of the initial combustion front in the cylinder due to the thin profile of the working elements, increasing engine efficiency.

• Complete cessation of the burning and electrical erosion process of the grounding electrode metal due to platinum overlay.

• Reliable protection of expensive individual coils from thermal breakdown by reducing the required breakdown voltage.

The components maintain a constant inter-electrode distance throughout their service life, completely eliminating the occurrence of dangerous detonation under load.

Heat Dissipation and Insulation Under Peak Loads

The five-rib geometry of the high-density ceramic insulator's outer surface prevents surface current leakage to the vehicle body in high humidity. The internal copper core, deeply integrated into the central electrode, provides instant transfer of excess heat to the cylinder head cooling circuit.

Engineering solutions guarantee flawless service of the unit under any temperature conditions:

• Absolute gas tightness of the body and compression retention due to a special powder sealant at the metal-ceramic junction.

• Suppression of high-frequency radio interference by a built-in monolithic resistor of 5 kOhm, protecting ECU units and sensitive sensors from failures.

• Protection against thermal diffusion and thread seizing to the aluminum block due to a three-component galvanic coating.

The working area of the spark plug reaches the regulatory self-cleaning temperature in seconds, effectively burning off soot deposits during prolonged city traffic jams.
