Defective goods are accepted for return and exchange in cases stipulated by applicable law. Defective goods include those with manufacturing defects, damage, malfunctions, non-compliance with the order or with the seller's stated specifications, as well as goods that cannot be used for their intended purpose due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller.
