Fitting Process, Thermoplastic Dosing, and Fixation

• Preparation of Fixing Material: the kit includes thermoplastic granules (Fitting Material) weighing 1.5 g. This dosage is sufficient for a single creation of an accurate individual impression of the upper palate and teeth.

• Heating and Softening: place the overlay and plastic granules in a container with hot (boiling) water for 45–60 seconds until the white thermoplastic becomes completely transparent and soft.

• Molding and Pressing: remove the softened material, distribute it evenly on the inner side of the veneers, and press the construction tightly against the upper teeth. Hold the overlay with your fingers for 30 seconds for a complete relief match.

• Cooling and Fixation: remove the overlay and place it in a glass of cold water for 5 minutes. The thermoplastic will turn white and harden again, retaining the exact impression of your teeth.

• Reuse: the softening and fitting procedure can be repeated an unlimited number of times until a comfortable fit is achieved.
