UGG is a footwear and clothing brand owned by the American company Deckers Outdoor Corporation. The UGG brand is primarily known as a brand of classic-style sheepskin boots, but the range of products that the brand carries includes boots, sandals, shoes, slides, knits, outerwear and bags. The sheepskin used for UGG brand boots is double-sided - suede on the outside and sheep's wool on the inside. Wool is porous, so it keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter.
The Ugg brand was founded in 1978 by young Australians, big fans of surf culture, living in the United States. The brand was registered in Southern California. Since then, Ugg boots have gained popularity all over the world. The brand has released a joint capsule collection with Jimmy Choo; since 2010, some models of boots have been decorated with Swarovski rhinestones. The main collection is constantly being updated - today there are 11 thousand possible design options for boots, warm and light, men's, women's and children's, with bows, rhinestones or fur trim, tall or short. There are also waterproof models.
