Spicy, ripe aroma of Riesling, Cox orange, and earthy accents. Displays well-balanced, mature, and perfectly balanced acidity in the mouth. Invigorating, with good structure and earthy, ripe notes. A dry, flagship Riesling with strength and elegance, allowing it to resonate long and intensely. Do not drink it too cold, it is best to decant it.

Harvested in October, 100% selective manual picking, yields from 35 to 45 hl/ha. The grapes are lightly crushed and CO2 gas is added, then stored in baskets and covered with film - no sulfur added. After 12-24 hours of cooling, the grapes are carefully pressed in a hose press. After clarifying with leaf gelatin, it is left overnight. Fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels with a capacity of 1200 to 3000 liters until complete fermentation of the wine. Aging on full lees until mid-August, then filtration occurs before bottling.

This aged Riesling pairs well with grilled octopus, Lorraine pie with cream filling, warm smoked trout, vitello tonnato, medium-aged mountain cheese, braised, slightly caramelized chicory.

Grapes: 100% organically grown Riesling.

Terroir: Vineyard at an altitude of about 125 meters above sea level. Loam clay soil with Taunus quartzite and gravel. Perfect underground water flow.
